Outdoor Venue (April to September)

During the Summer months, weather permitting, The Castle Archers meet as follows:

Location -

Newcastle Emlyn Rugby Club (SA38 9AZ for Sat Nav).

The range is between the main rugby pitches and the river, and is long enough to enable shooting up to 90m/100yds.

The range can accommodate up to 16 bosses, so is big enough to host tournaments, such as the County Championships.

The rugby club kindly asks that members park in the main carpark, and that we do not drive on the grass. Speed limit 5mph.

The Newcastle Emlyn Rugby Club field is a shared playing field therefore lost arrows cannot remain unaccounted for.

To minimise the risk of undetected arrows being left on the sports field, all-carbon arrows are NOT allowed.

Days and Timings - 

• Fridays: 6:30pm - Dusk.
• Sundays: 1pm - 4pm.

Range Fees -

• Members - Monthly Direct Debit: £19 for Seniors, £15 for Juniors/Disabled.
• Have a Go (Beginners) - £5
• Visitors from other Clubs - £4
• Families of 3 or more please speak with the club treasurer about a family discount.
